• Anyone playing Islands of the Caliph

What looks good about this is that it is old school and should run fast.
I'm concerned however, they said there's no magic in it because Islam
bans magic such as coffee makers and the like.

Anyone playing it? It's on sale right now I may pick it up in the next
    few days.

Pharaoh was so pleased with Hadad that he gave him a
sister of his own wife, Queen Tahpenes, in marriage.
The sister of Tahpenes bore him a son named Genubath,
whom Tahpenes brought up in the royal palace. There
Genubath lived with Pharaoh?s own children.

I thought about buying this one awhile back but I never did. I
purchased other indie RPGs like Legend of Amberland, Avernum and Lords
of Xulima instead. I also now have the Phantasie series to play so I
will likely not pick up this one any time soon. I do think I would
    like it though.

Wow some of those you mentioned look pretty good. I will also choose
them before Islands of the Caliph, I believe.

None of these are out yet, but you can still wishlist them on Steam.
They are, more or less, similar to Islands of Caliph, I believe.
Weepstone has an unusual art style that may turn you off though. I
like the way it looks, personally.
