The highly regarded font management system for RISC OS, originally produced by LOOKsystems, has been updated and is now at version 3.24.

The salient change is removing the restriction that the font partition must
be hosted on a FileCore filing system. Now any local filing system with read/write access will suffice - and that includes HostFS which is found on many of the emulators used with RISC OS such as RPCEmu.

There are also a couple of minor bug fixes and optimisations to the
supporting applications and modules which make up Font Directory Pro.

About Font Directory Pro

Font Directory Pro comprises a suite of applications to:
* Control which fonts are seen on the machine at any one time, including
enabling and disabling fonts dynamically for the task in hand
* View outline fonts as a grid or previewing your chosen text in a variety
of colours, weights and styles
* Manage your font collection through the built in font partition stored
in the FontFS filing system
* Define sets of fonts for each work flow, for example when editing a
newsletter quickly group those that are (italic AND sans serif)
* Customise how Font Directory Pro works
* Password protect the font collection against accidental changes
* Font Directory Pro is suitable for RISC OS 3, 4, 5, and 6.
