  • the Census

    received a letter in the mail today advising about the upcoming census.
    it states "you can complete your online form now". it further states
    that questions relate to the night of August 11. I shook the envelope
    quite severely but no crystal ball fell out.

    they're suggesting we start filling it out now, and complete it after
    11th August I guess.ÿ makes no sense otherwise, but it would require
    that a partially completed form can be saved for later completion.
