Thanks for the explanation. It helps to see how Thunderbird, SeaMonkey,
and WLM12 each treat the W¤?ñ?¤ª™á¢•gŒ‰ display name differently.
That explains why you see "...winston" in some places and the decorated version in others. Thunderbird is basically overriding your NNTP identity with whatever is in its address book, whether you asked it to or not.I noted earlier, TBird uses the display name from my email address in
