    Yes, this is the group where we tell people
    with a doctors prescription, to keep taking
    the pills, when it is obvious they have stopped
    taking the pills.

    Schizophrenia has fast-onset or slow-onset.
    We have been treated to the spectacle of
    full-blown meltdowns on USENET before. And
    usually when that happens, the person gets
    help right away, because of their physical
    activities and interaction with others.

    Someone at work had a meltdown, at 4PM in the afternoon,
    and started kicking holes in the office walls.
    Security escorted him off the premises. He was back
    to work in only three months (with a prescription
    for some pills). He was considered recovered enough,
    to report for work. That's a success story.
    But he has to keep taking the pills.

    My brain is fine. No "meltdown" nor meltdown.
    But I do find it hard to sleep, but unrelated
    to mental illnesses.

    Some legends said gods and goddesses don't sleep.
    Some humans might be qualified to become
    semi-gods or semi-goddesses.

    Of course, very very few humans can do that.
    It's a mission impossible, of course. :)
