OEMs can be so lousy.ÿ Admittedly, though, I could've gotten myself into a difficult position when I overwrote Win11 on the China-based non-OEM that assembled my new mini PC, because that overwrote the WiFi drivers, 25H2 media not having them already.ÿ However, I could just plug in my WiFi range extender, to create an Ethernet link to the PC while installing, and once it was updated the WiFi drivers were there, voila. (I stopped using the range extender when my landlord put in a new router system with its own repeater in this area of the house.)
